I don't think that's true. Yesterday I ordered a DE-Ryzen server that was not delivered, today I got access to a server that is located in Turkey (45.138.183.90) and has some ancient Xeon v2 CPU, including 33% package loss free of charge. First everything moved from Turkey to Germany, then according to this thread probably also USA and UK to DE and now everything to Turkey? None of this makes any sense.
By the way, my second request for a refund was ignored. Move your data to a reliable provider, this smells a lot like scamming.
Done. I have some Linux VPS on GreenCloud for a while now running without any issues so far. Those are running Linux apps though. I liked Batu because I could run my windows apps cheaply, as I only have one. But the maker of the software were very helpful in showing me how to install it on Wine on Linux..... So no more need for Windows servers... no more need for Batu. I should thank them as I will be saving some money in the long run..... And probably some headaches also.
Batu is my favorite provider because I know my VPS will idle in peace.

I bought one from veroncloud on november 14th (annual payment), got delivered a Batucloud VPS, and now my VPS is offline for 4 days in a row.
https://my.veroncloud.com/ and https://console.batu.gg/ are unreachable, can't do a thing.
I haven't received any email, either.
I will ask my money back. Simply terrible.

RackFelon is a pretty big name, I wouldn't underestimate their abilities to fuck everything up.
