I once fell for the "credit card (and Paypal)" lies. From what I've learned through one little piece here and another little piece there from turkish providers, only bank transfer (expensive and taking up to > 1week) and crypto (theoretically) can be used to pay invoices from turkish providers.
I do regret that and I have nothing against Turks and turkish providers and would have in fact liked to buy a few VMs in Turkey (and did try) ... and I also understand that your government and laws seem to put major barriers in you way and you are not guilty but kind of "victims" - but at the end of the day it is what it is.
Come and try again when the situation in Turkey has changed and when customers really can pay via credit card or Paypal (and when you have fully translated sites and panels)!

We sadly can't offer Windows server licensing due to future problems with the timestamp data format used in older UNIX systems.
We can however offer licensing for the consumer grade enterprise software Windows 9. This does infact yield much more server confidentiality for you, as this setup requires to implement the newly developed IPv9. Feel free to reach out to us if we interested you for this product.
Regarding IP sharing, I can ensure you that parts of your IPs are shared. For instance, the first octet of your IPv4 (if you use any) is shared at least three times by our customers and non-customers. This is also similar for IPv6, IPv9 and IPv69. Only IPv42 is the solution to this problem. Contact us further if we sparked interest regarding sharing IPs.

No, we do not give license with windows servers, its trial license, you can buy and assign one by yourself if you want to. We provide dedicated ip address with each server. Its not shared.
As you say government and laws puts major barriers in our way. But Credit Card/Debit Card payments is available.

Even with (somewhat subtle) information about my/our trolling (see my spoiler above), people don't get that LET isn't an official support channel and that any information posted can be bogus.
I find this rather concerning, imagine a fake support representative asking for server credentials via dm
Based on what I know, yes - and I did try both credit card and Paypal with different turkish providers, incl. @balhost, and it didn't work. In the few cases I didn't give up and shrug I had to pay via bank transfer, which (from Europe and presumably other locations too) was very expensive (as in "effectively more than the product itself for 3 months").

Because of these comments, our company can be confused with fraudulent companies previously found on Lowendtalk. 
Yes, Bank Transfers are way too expensive like you said. For making payment process easier we are talking with more virtual pos providers in turkey. Currently like you said PayTR has much issues with abroad payments. We talked with them but they can not fix unfortunately.
