Have you checked that those hosts don't limit your CPU usage and/or are not super loaded? Just because they advertise a CPU with a high clock doesn't mean you'll get good single-core speed on it; I've seen YABS where a VPS on a Xeon that had a base clock of 3.6 GHz ran worse than a VPS on an EPYC on 2.8 GHz.
Also, you should list the location(s) that are available for each host (though I acknowledge this will be a lot of work), as location may also be a dealbreaker for some. Would Vultr's high frequency line qualify as a candidate? It's not as good as some of the hosts on the list, but at least they offer locations on nearly every continent.

@PineappleM Thank you for your message. I am not recommending all the hosts on the list since I have not used all of them. I am using some of them, and they are doing a great job in terms of communication, fair share, maintaining the hardware, performance, and keeping the abusers at bay. We cannot expect 100% performance all the time from a shared VPS end of the day.
Yes, I'll make a detailed comparison of the locations when I have the time. I'll also check if they support snapshots or if their control panel supports TOTP. Vultr will likely have more locations, but I'm skeptical about the speed of their hardware.
