They suspended and canceled my server in the middle of the night claiming I didn’t pay them.
It’s an automatic PayPal subscription that shows as paid.
Neel is a scammer. Don’t trust Qeru for anything

This is resolved. Awfully alarming to be incorrectly alerted in the middle of the night that service was suspended.
Sorry to ask but I see that your Datacenter is using DediPath, so now DediPath quit business, so ordering your VPS is still ok? Because I plan to order 1vps.

we have lost the internet connection that dedipath was maintaining, we have received a reply today from flexential, and we are waiting for them to release our hardware to move to the new location.
We are setting up VPS on our GD server, you can write to us at [email protected]
this is temporary until Qeru servers are back online.
