I changed the WHMCS settings to allow PayPal funds (i.e. not only subscription). Please try again.

EDIT: It seems WHMCS does not currently have an option to only allow PayPal funds. You can sign up for a subscription and then cancel it in the PayPal account settings.

In case you were wondering why a Debian image was missing, I brought it back.

For some reason the stock Virtualizor Debian image had a broken apt sources.list, but I made a custom one which fixes it.
