    @OVH_APAC any chance you can drop the setup fees also by 50% on these?
    I get the point for setup fees, but 30$ for old, already paid hardware, ready in your rack to be assigned, is a bit harsh.

    I assume their logic behind setup fees is that the client would think twice before cancelling the server only after a month or two, thereby reducing server turnover.

    How to enable iGPU in KS-GAME-2? It doesn't show up in device manager or even in lshw. Tried setting VGA priority to onboard in BIOS but no luck.

    Hello,

    I am REDACTED from the technical support of OVHcloud.
    It is a pleasure to meet you!

    The OVHcloud server do not have the IGPU activated.
    This feature is not offered on our server.
    As such and as our motherboard BIOS are custom-made we are unable to activate the iGPU on any of the server.

    There goes my $50. Is it just my bad luck, or all KS-GAME servers come without iGPU?

    EU Resident? You can cancel the product within 14 days. OVH is usually willing to refund the amount in credits to your account. It's a shame if you can't use the product and this reason is legitimate in my opinion.

    PS I returned 1 KS-LE server without any issue. Money back in my account.

    Got this response from OVH

    Hello,

    The iGPU is deactivated and is not possible to activate on any of the OVHcloud server.
    This feature is deactivated for the safety of our infrastructure and our servers.

    I'll probably ask for a refund.

    Pretty sure a legit reason to apply for a full refund.
    If not visible indicated during the order process.

    If the CPU suppose to have a iGPU and its disabled.
