We are writing to let you know that we are discontinuing the Phoenix USA Storage server products.
We will honour all current agreements, and your product will remain active for the remainder of the contract period; you cannot renew beyond this period.
Soon after you receive this email, a cancellation request will be placed on your behalf, and any active PayPal subscriptions will be cancelled.
Please do note that due to the way PayPal subscriptions work in some regions, you could potentially have a single subscription ID linked to a storage product that covers other products; while this is rare, we encourage you to check the status of your subscription status in your own PayPal account once you receive the subscription cancellation notice to avoid any potential disruption to other products.
This does not impact the UK storage VPS service; however, we cannot migrate your data or service to the UK.

I don't know what kind of pricing you paid for your current service, nor if it is important for you to be in the USA. But we just launched our powerful storage plans located in Germany:

Their setup is different though, not sure.. you might be able to add more than one slab.
So 2x 10TB, 3x 10TB and so on... if that's how that works, I do not know. I have never used their slab services, but I have used their other services.

We are in the process of migrating accounts from our old Finland server to the new with raid-6. So yes, Finland is raid-6 protected now.
Netherlands is on raid-0 but with enterprise disks.
