    More importantly it is DMCA and all such stupid shit ignored. Works for torrenting as a VPN or even as a mini seedbox. Besides If we get the computing power of A12 Bionic for $5.69/yr it’s a win-win.

    Do you know what is meant by 25% cpu? Does it mean the instance CPU could always be at 25% usage or lower? Can we enforce this limitation from linux itself like with some script?

    And how does this limit the utility of vps? Like would docker be unusable in this settings?

    It means CPU usage can be 25% consistently. If docker uses more than that then server might get suspended or terminated. You could try using utilities like cpulimit to throttle the CPU usage.
