Do you own your hardware?
Yes we use our own IPs and hardware in Japan location now.

I have an existing account but cannot login to my billing dashboard
if you have existing services with us they are still accessible on our old portal(my.webhorizon.net)
We are working on a plan to migrate these old services to new portal in future.
Meanwhile one can create a new account for ordering plans listed above.

    It is capped at slower speed, 1 - 5Mbps in Japan

    All new orders are deployed on our own hardware, AS149020

    We will be doing v-dedis soon, can customise according to your requirements 😉

    It is possible to addon high speed bandwidth @ $4 per TB

    Each plan includes one /64 ipv6 block by default :)

    Yes all biennial orders get double bandwidth.
    We will add the extra bandwidth automatically after activation.

    Yes , triennial payment option at checkout uses same coupon as biennial '0EG8DAER4' , doubles the bandwidth quota
