Yeah Alexhost's network is absolute trash, their connection to outside of Moldova is almost nonexistent. Was getting iperf3 tests in the range of 3 - 15 Mbits/sec, when I submitted a ticket they responded saying they logged into my instance & ran a speed test (it was to another server in Moldova) & it was fine.

+1 to @MannDude's Incognet only had a service for a little over a week so I can't speak with too much experience but it's been great so far.

I don’t think any decent host provider will ignore the copyrights law, otherwise law enforcement team will take server hardware without any excuses.

That doesn't happen. They need court order to do so. And if you have a legal and expert team you can ask for damages.

People thinks they can come without a valid court order. That is not correct.
