    As others of mentioned, Cloudie is definitely a +rep kinda guy. Friendly, approachable, knowledgable and very professional in our experience

    @Cloudie is super chill and takes his services professionally. Will definitely go to him when I need LIR services.

    Did you compare them to AWS support?

    AWS who will refuse to investigate issues on their own platform unless you pay for support on top of paying for the broken service in question?

    If yes I can say that he have better and faster support for free volunteer service than some hosts I pay for.
