While they do have a wide selection of locations (and this is a real selling point), in reality, there are many problems. My server was offline for two days, and even after it was fixed, there have been ongoing issues with network connectivity. The only options the support team offered were to recreate the VM in another location or to wait an unspecified amount of time while they resolved the issue.
The service provided by this hosting company is not acceptable, and I have experienced issues every time I've tried to use them. I've tried using them in 2019, 2022, and recently, and I've had problems every time. Even cheaper providers from LET have performed better.
