    We sent this email some minutes back concerning singapore preorder.

    Dear {$client.firstname},


    We hope this message finds you well. We regret to inform you that there has been a delay in activating your Singapore VPS preorder. Our server, which was supposed to setup this weekend got stuck in Singapore customs and is causing the delay. We understand that you may be frustrated with the delay in activating your VPS preorder and we would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    We understand that you have placed your trust in us. We are expecting hardware instllation to complete by Wednesday.



    However, if you are in urgent need of provisioning your service, we would like to offer you the option of temporarily provisioning your services on EPYC 7520P node. Once the new nodes are live, we will migrate it to the new nodes at no additional cost or disruption to services.
    Kindly make a ticket if you prefer this.

    Our team is working diligently at getting things setup and we will keep you updated on the progress. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    there's 2 of us working permanently at webhorizon.

    We build our servers in the US & ship it to singapore.
    this is our second shipment. first batch was sent in December 2022 deployed for LXC based Linux VPS Hosting
