@aveline Do you allow service transfer?
Thanks! We have Telefonica direct peering via BCIX. They're pretty nice guys :-D
Yes, next location will be Miami.
Sorry, we do not allow service transfer for now.
Eh, I don't need more servers, right?
Right?!
Congrats on the new location launch @aveline !

don't bother explaining anything to them, they are Chinese and wont understand it anyways.
Ugh, got a email yesterday from a russian provider.
Said, US including China is on the ban list due to high risk, giggle.
From what I recon, Chinese clients are indeed high risk.
Don't know about Americans though - they may be forced by Russian gov like basically entire world is forced to deny services to Russians.
any ETA?
Anyone got an idea of a good consumer ISP provider in Berlin who gets good routing to this? Currently with Vodafone cable it seems to be 10ms to ISP router and then a good extra 10-15ms to the test IP / Speedbone or 25ms+ in total. The connection is only few clicks away from the datacenter (like it matters...). Is Berlin ISPs connectivity truly so bad? It feels like it is copper all the way to the ISPs major exchange
@aveline getting the error "Promotional code not available."
Vodafone uses bloody coaxial, that adds latency.
The lowest I have seen was via RIPE Atlas 4.5ms, which was DTAG, which he doesn't have.
Someone here reported 8ms from o2.
Yours seems rather high.
You are late. First 50 orders only.
