The question is open ended. It really depends on what you are trying to do and for what you are doing it for. I have used many providers for more than 3 years, and depending on the use case some stand out and in other cases they do not.
I am with HyperExpert for the last several years and it's been smooth.

No plans to cancel, paid for another year a couple of months ago.
Although rarely mentioned here, their speed, stability, and uptime are outstanding. They are surely production-ready and suitable for business projects.

For a long time I used the free resources of Oracle cloud. Until one day, suddenly my instances disappeared without notice. This seems to have affected many users who have experienced the same thing and reported on the Oracle community forum and on Reddit as well. Too bad ;(
Now I'm looking for an alternative to run some small projects on it.

Thanks for all the responses everyone, based on the posts I'm thinking of BuyVM for production and hosthatch and inception for hobby stuff.
This is good to know, I'm currently using my 3 free oracle VPSs as my main ones so I'll be sure to keep good backups. I'm only messing around on my VPSs right now but posted this thread to see what providers to lookout for deals with when I need more resources or need something for production.
