At least a week they say, if you need change hardware.
Gotcha
Without hardware change should be much faster.
I may have missed. Any yabs of the phx blade?
@PeterP any another special offer in the remaining hours to the offer end?
I bet none. lol
Hi,
Are these upgrades possible at a later time with the same pricing?
Is it possible to have 1tb ssd + 2x4tb hdd on the Phx blade ?
Seems Flash sale has been extended till Feb 3
@PeterP any ETA for the hardware upgrades? (15+ days here waiting).
Hey there, unfortunately the one-time upgrades were only available up until the 31st for new orders. Also, sadly the configuration you mentioned isn’t possible with the X9SCE in Phoenix due to the internal layout of the nodes.
The flash sale itself has indeed been extended as we still have some available stock, however as mentioned previously the offer for one-time upgrades has expired for new orders.
Checking in with the hardware team on this, as far as I’m aware everything for the upgrades was ordered and enroute to the datacenter and was scheduled to arrive sometime this week. Feel free to shoot me a DM or submit a ticket and we can get a more accurate ETA for your upgrades and compensate as necessary for the wait.
O dear. I thought the upgrades would be in sync with the flash sale. I should have ordered when I made this post.
In terms of upgrades, what options do I have now?
Thanks
PMed you.
PMed you last week, waiting for your reply until now.
Never got a response either.
I haven't either.
I'm pretty dissatisfied with the disk performance:
Is anyone else, getting these results?
That's standard for a single 1TB HDD. What dissatisfies me is the lack of response on drive upgrades, I've been waiting weeks.
Feel free to reach out to me in DMs, and I will gladly help with whatever it may be.
Fluffer is correct. As these are SATA Spinning Drives, the Read/Write is expected to be a bit lower.
Hey! So the drives/RAM upgrades are in transit, but there has been a few delays from the Vendor that we ordered these from. The original Vendor had provided us a tracking number, which did not update for many days, leading to us ordering the order a second time from another vendor.
To anyone still waiting on their drive/RAM upgrades, please go ahead and either DM me your order number, or open a ticket on our portal, and we will get your services extended for this inconvenience.
PMed you.

Don't you have all the tickets about upgrade? Not sure why we have to PM you which you rarely replied for selective extension. Would be nice if you can take care or cancel whoever can't wait longer.
I have gone ahead and replied to your DM.
May we use the boxes for wg /gre ?
Fairly sure they filter GRE/WG on these plans. Also certain they won't do BGP.
Francisco
I would refer you to our Terms of Service. Tempest does not allow tunneling for remote protection. Running a VPN is allowed.
We do offer BGP, in the case of announcing your own subnet.
Anyone else getting "Error 8066, Location status is not OK" problem while reinstalling the server from their DCI?
wew so late to read the upgrade offers
Hey comXyz,
There was an issue with the DCIManager, which required their team to investigate. This issue has been resolved. Go ahead and send me a DM real quick
@Bushhy PMED you.
I bought and upgraded the server just because of this. But now they confirmed
"IPv6 Will not be implemented on our network and is not currently supported"
What should I do with the server now :-?
Do you get your SSD disk upgrades?
