Of course, from time to time there may be bumps on the road, but we are actively monitoring our infrastructure 24x7 and RackNerd is renowned for providing reliable services that are production ready. By the way, you'll never want to pick a provider based on a proposed "low load", as that may fluctuate over time or may that change for many factors outside of your control down the road. So instead you'd want to pick a provider based on reputation - i.e. good reviews, historically has provided consistently good service, competent and fast support response times, etc.
Another important factor to consider is where you (or the majority of your audience) are geographically located to provide you with the best latency. Hi @newlan -- We are already present in the Asia Pacific region for our shared hosting, reseller hosting and bare metal product lines - but for now our VPS product line is not. Our struggle has been with maintaining inventory for our KVM VPS product line across our existing locations, it's been a constant battle of selling out and replenishing. We recently completed a major replenishment of inventory across multiple of our existing locations in order to bring forward our New Year sale. In the meantime, if you're after a VPS - you should consider our Los Angeles DC-02 or San Jose locations which still provides decent latency to and from Asia.
