Bad News:
We are aware of the current status of our NYC KVM services. I've worked closely with my team to attempt to resolve the drive speed issues, and we've come to this conclusion. We will be deploying all new hardware there for current customers. Everything has been taking longer due to the holidays (tech's having time off to spend with their families). I am hoping to get this deployed within the next week or 2.
With that being said, these offers are only valid for Dallas, TX. We are putting NYC out of stock due to this issue, and will notify everyone once we are accepting orders there again.
Good News!
Central.so has deployed our new hardware in Dallas, TX. We are waiting to schedule a time to transfer current clients from the old hardware, to the new (having all system admins & techs online at the same time). There will be an email sent out sometime next week with a confirmed date.

We will be remapping our plan structure (Having Linux Based VPS and Windows Based VPS as seperate plans. We had too many incidents of clients ordering a Bronze VPS and trying to run Windows on it, and wondering why it is slow/laggy.

We receive tons of tickets daily requesting more locations.
We want to stabilize our current locations before expanding. We tried expanding too quick, and had tons, and I mean TONS of issues that we couldn't handle.
I'm looking into adding a EU location in Q1-Q2 of 2023 and SG sometime next year aswell.
Dallas is our hub, as I live in the area and can change parts and replace anything within 30 or so minutes.
Expect huge changes in the next couple of months
We also want to own all of our hardware from now on. No more renting. I've had my fair share of renting and I've absolutely hated it. I've been fed up with our old providers and that's mainly the setback with expanding.
Hopefully I can find a efficient way to get servers out of the US that don't cost a arm and a leg.
