    Currently just in NJ :). We plan to roll them out in all markets in the future though.

  • Bought one for development purpose. The performance is bit worse than my $15-20 budget range VPS from other providers. I think this is due to unmetered bandwidth. Mostly the download speed bothers me. Thanks to my noisy neighbours.

    I don't know why @Ernie gave me an extra core without even knowing me! nproc shows 2 for the 1GB KVM packages :D

    Yeah they're like a slightly nicer ColoCrossing when it comes to abuse, at least they respond somewhat quickly (from what I've heard, havent bothered to report anything myself). I've had to block large portions of their ASN because of the attacks I got from them.

  • @Ernie Great ticket response time, even for these bargain plans.

  • Would you sell the hardware if the client did a colo agreement with purchase of hardware?

  • Packet loss on mail enabled IPs are not resolved. No solution but to move our 8 vps to another provider. Sucks as its been like this ever since.

    We do apologize if this happens please open a ticket. We are preparing some large upgrades in 2023 to help with this problem.

    Thank you! I appreciate the kind words. Happy New Year!

  • Felt compelled to give a shout out to Ernie and the rest of DediPath’s crew. {Justin here}

    Had a pre-sales exchange clearing our use-case {very prompt replies} with an urgency to move our services. Bought one of the E3-1240v2 New Year promos in LA, with which I had put in a special request at the time of provisioning for a second-disk. Ernie took care of that, and got us a custom server quoted and provisioned by the next day {more or less matching the server we were moving from in specs and cost}.

    Afterwards {post configuration}, we had other issues (performance related) with the node. DediPath took care of those too, and stuck with us through what wound up being a "multi-day" ticket involving troubleshooting of power-draw, boost-clocks, & benchmarking {including responses through new year’s day -----}. -- Ultimately this all lead to the provisioning of another server (being moved again).

    .. That server for the record is not what we ordered ... it's even higher-spec than the initially quoted. {and of course boost-clocks are being observed this time, everything is correctly working, no more performance woes}

    TLDR: If you want a serious provider with fast-turnaround times, knowledgeable staff, and who take care of their customers / make sure that their services work as intended for you. DediPath sure seems to be such a provider.

    Their ticket handling and support is seriously A+.

    and after just a week, the new node became overcrowded as well, I'm not sure that this provider can keep a certain level, do you offer moneyback? I don't know how I can use your VPS under such conditions

    Felt compelled to give a shout out to Ernie and the rest of DediPath’s crew. {Justin here}

-- Ultimately this all lead to the provisioning of another server (being moved again).

    .. That server for the record is not what we ordered ... it's even higher-spec than the initially quoted. {and of course boost-clocks are being observed this time, everything is correctly working, no more performance woes}

    TLDR: If you want a serious provider with fast-turnaround times, knowledgeable staff, and who take care of their customers / make sure that their services work as intended for you. DediPath sure seems to be such a provider.

    Their ticket handling and support is seriously A+.

    Thank you for the kind words. I appreciate it. We work very hard at offering the best support possible. We may not be perfect however we make every effort to make every situation right.

    That won't be necessary. Your team member placed me on a new node and it's working good for now. Great response time 🙂

    Worst service, ordered KVM VPS in New York.
    first vps is not working, open ticket and they managed to make it works.
    i did benchmark and had result download speedtest in US below 30Mbps and i/o speed 80MB/s

    then they change to new node, from bad to worse performance. Download speed below 3Mbps and i/o of SSD still about 80MB/s

    they do overselling, you can keep this server for you.
    even $2 vps in someplace still has better performance

    1st node benchrmark: https://prnt.sc/nG4jsZZR-eP1
    2nd node benchmark https://prnt.sc/lL6RILssLOEc
