    Compare with @ailice's network bench.

    What do you think now?

  • bench.sh utilizes speedtest-cli. The outcome is multi connection speed, possibly up to few dozen treads while yabs' iperf test uses 8 threads.
I personally judges network performance base on single thread test and retry numbers.

    Unfortunately no.

You can buy additional NVMe space for your Monster: KVM-8G Plan at a great pricing.

  • Is there a CPU limit? Such as not being able to occupy more than 50% for a long time.

Another thing I forgot to mention.

We can do SWIP/Whois change on both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.

Your preferred name/org will be shown alongside with HostCram LLC when someone lookup your IP whois. :)

I am willing to offer this feature to anyone buying Monster: KVM-8G. It requires manual inputs, won't be offered on smaller plans.

  • I was wondering, why does the "Intel® Core™ i9-11900K Processor @ 5.10 GHz" spec of these machines only show as 3.50 GHz with YABS?

Is that something the kernel hasn't caught up with?

3.50 GHz is literally in the processor name.

It's actually running on 5.10 GHz boost clock.

Edit: glances says we are running at 5.15 GHz

Network uptime is 100% for last 1 year and 2 months.

We upgrade software+kernel once in every few months followed by a reboot.

Expected downtime is less than 2 minutes on each reboot.

Unless there is any hardware related issue, uptime should be 100% on most months of the year.
