    Hi @netmonk -- While we technically don't offer refunds per our TOS, we are always willing to work with our clients on a case by case basis, feel free to reach out if you ever run into any actual issues and our support team is definitely willing to help :) The Looking Glass shouldn't be a full picture of the speeds to expect since the looking glass is throttled to avoid abuse, and also at times there are multiple users testing from it at the same time, among other factors. The looking glass is intended to give you a rough idea as well as to test latency from one location to another.
