    Hi @netmonk -- This sounds like like either too many people are testing from that looking glass at the same time, or some sort of throttling is in place (we do have some mechanisms in place to prevent abuse towards the public looking glass links, i.e. excess attempts or excess parallel downloads). Rest assured VPS services are in actuality provisioned on 1Gbps ports.

    If you can please DM me with a traceroute as well as your originating IP address and let me know which location you were trying, I can take a closer look into the logs for that particular looking glass.

    Okay i am getting about 10-20 MBPS (80-160MbPS) now. However is there a refund pilicy? like within 7 days or so if i am not happy for any reason?
