I did the challenge 100 push-ups a day and it's hard to recover, I think you can do up to 1000 a day, but all the muscles will hurt.
It seems @yoursunny is trying to bankrupt the PSH currency valuation. Previously 1 PSH was approximately $0.33 and now he's trying to push it down to 1 PSH=$0.01. Clearly he's cashed in his existing PSH and knows someone has been holding onto PSH that he wants to acquire on the cheap.
