It's about luck and simple expectations. I don't think you have millions, otherwise you would not be on LET. So as long as you are meditating about millions, or lecturing others about millions on LET, you already have it wrong, while fuelling this popcorn drama of millions even further.
Don't get me wrong: I like it; because it brings more plot twist to a drama of rodents wanting millions while they feed on low-end offers. Keep doing what you do; I love popcorn.

Going to a forum for support is a crap shoot. Take it to support tickets. If the support quality/speed isn't to your liking cancel/refund/chargeback and find something else that suits your requirements.

If the server is affected by known issues and monitored progress on Virmach's network status page, then you made a useless ticket and at fault for contributing to support hassles.
If your server isn't affected by currently known issues, then your ticket is valid and will get dealt with as soon as it can.
But your lack of details makes me believe you're wasting all our time whining about something already being worked on.

I am on LET for the popcorn drama and offers. I also hate LET for it's fees and monetisation (hence the drama).
I am customer of Virmach because of it's extremely cheap and somewhat good service.
Well... read their terms before buying so you would not regret later and take it on other members.
We have providers and experienced users. Nobody declared to be "the most right"; but some members here are right most of the times, due to their experience. When you get to have your own business for quite a while, or when you get to work in computers and servers industry for quite a while, you will also get the feature of being right most of the time (in your area of expertise).
No hero here mate; just satisfied customers who read the terms, read the notifications, read the reviews, and know (actually know) what to expect.
Because they don't read. When someone asks is not blamed for asking, but for not reading the reviews and notifications about support when buying something. Always, but always, absolutely always, read the terms and fine prints before buying, especially if these notifications are in bold.

Because Virmach is a very old provider on LET. They have a long standing business and I (for example) am so far satisfied with them as customer. Please note I do not hold on their servers something extremely important which needs support or 100% uptime.
LET is a community on which providers pay a monthly subscription for having provider tag. When you pay for something, you got rights. So never blame the moderators of a paid service. Doh!

Thank you for the compliment. I feel sorry for your "lose in number" (I am guessing you already lost millions). I am not supporting anyone. I am just happy with my expectations for Virmach, because if I order something from them, I actually know what to expect simply because I read what service I order and what support I order.

You know, the best part is I don't even think he was one of the suspended scalped accounts? Off the top of my head, he just got told to make a ticket by VirMach, didn't create one and just replied to an unrelated ticket, had it pointed out and then actually created the ticket, then came back to say "it's been 24 hours look at my ticket." People told him to calm down because it's only been 24 hours, and he got SUPER upset that people dared to talk to him or something, I don't get it.
