    This provider is top notch, been with him over 2 years, maybe 2 hours down time in that period. He provides excellent support with very fast ticket response.
    Don't come on here and spread lies you know nothing about. (Not talking about you Mek)

    is this DA account bound to an IP/domain?
    or can it be moved to another VPS at any time?

    It can be moved to another VPS. Its not bound to an ip but only one vps can use the license.

    Yes it can only be used on servers I own.
