You mean that it is not straight forward?? Not just upload iso and boot? Like normal kvm vms sold here?

Yes, windows could be installed on the server data earlier and now. Everything will work well. Previously, this provider had serious restrictions on the amount of traffic used and had a low network port speed. There were also some minor routing glitches, especially if you were connecting remotely from Europe. In any case, at the moment, these issues have been resolved - and the servers began to work, even noticeably better.

You can install Windows by mounting the installation ISO image along with the VirtIO drivers integrated into it right away and thus making any distribution of Windows 2012R2, 2019, 2022 and so on. You can not make a distribution, but download one by one a simple licensed clean distribution of Windows and start the installation, and further when the system cannot determine the installation location of Windows and at the moment of requesting the drivers so that the system can determine the hard drive, manually select the distribution on which these drivers will be. You can download both in iso and pre-load on the server in advance. Previously, this provider could have nuances with free space for downloading such distributions and had to be asked to increase it manually, now there is no such problem. Also, in my opinion, this provider has the ability to choose to boot immediately via 2 CDROMs - accordingly, you substitute OS Windows in the first one, and ISO Drivers in the second. Further, the entire installation takes place in a standard format.

here is a specific example and official help for installing windows for this particular case -https://www.virtualizor.com/docs/faq/windows-os-install-drivers-issue-on-openvz-7-virtuozzo-vm/

also here is a link where you can download the latest stable drivers needed for installation - https://github.com/virtio-win/virtio-win-pkg-scripts . I think after this description it will be much clearer.

@LittleCreek is it possible to upgrade the KVM-4 to KVM-5 on a future date?
Is it possible to order upgrades with those special plans (especially RAM and storage space)?

Yes you can upgrade to 5 or even 6 and 7 at any time. To get more RAM or storage you have to upgrade the whole package.

Yes I just added a few more.

  • Looking forward to your new server. When will there be promotional activities?

  • I can really recommend @LittleCreek, he went above and beyond to help me out, because I excellently locked myself out and somehow zoho dropped all of his mails. He reached out to me via another mail account and whatsapp in order to help me. I really appreciate the effort he took!
p.s. The server I got is also way better than I thought :)

  • Cool. That is as if the VPS had an administration service included :)
    Also Mr. Floyd helped me.
Happy with the service, got my fourth server with Little Creek Hosting on Saturday (two in production) and all is well after migrating from another provider as it required more NVMe disk space.

I think it should be allowed as long as price for 1 instance/resource is no more than allowed price to post

Eg: if we can create up to 5 vm price limit that be allowed should be x5 too

Anynode had it once and they always post to offer it here
