    Hello sir!

I've donated monthly to oerdnj, he is Ondřej Surý (if u guys didn't know, a debian developer who made php ppa repository) last days

I don't know if donated to open source is option 2 or not.

The default specs will do for me: 1 core 512MB 10GB and 100Mbps.

    ThanksGTHost, #ThanksPieHasBeenEaten, #Thankscrunchbits, #ThanksDP, #Thanksyoursunny, #ThanksTheOnlyDK, ThanksNot_Oles

Thank you for donating to Ondřej Surý!
We've noted your name, and which location would you prefer when we launch? CDA or Chicago?

our chicago node runs debian! <3

    Good morning/afternoon/evening everyone!

I have some good news! Both CDA and Chicago servers are ready for deployment! #ThanksGTHost #ThanksCrunchbits

#ThanksCloudie for the BuyVM server that allows us to use Blesta for free :)

Thanks to @FatGrizzly for working hard on these servers and Blesta, we now have a somewhat working system. FG will reach out to those who previously had service on Chicago to redeploy them then we'll reach out to the "new" donators shortly after.

Basic process (FG will add more notes):
You'll create an account on our Blesta portal: https://portal.freevps.org/
Once you created the account, you'll need to verify your email and stuff. Then, you'll see a link at the top that says "Account ID". Reply here with your Client Number and ID. We will then deploy the services.

You'll notice the package price is $99 and that's also the price to renew. You'll receive a coupon code that can be used to renew these packages and making the final price $0. We did this so you'll need to do some work to keep the service, much like nanokvm. You'll get email notifications when the product is about to expire to remind you to renew, just like any paid hosts would do. If memory serves me well, I think current renew periods are set to 2 months for regular clients and 4 months for donators.

    @Andrews @Digika @Xrmaddness @Ympker @abangnoob @ailice @atomi @codelock @dotcomUNDERGROUND @gtxr @jmaxwell @jwg29859 @mikewazar @saywhat13 @smaart @stephanuk @unfortunately @vpssh

If you were a donator, please send me a PM with your "desired" resources and proof of donation. I'll then adjust them manually.

Again, thanks everyone for their patience while FG and I work to make this happen!

A bit late, I already provisioned yours.

You might notice that the renewal price of the instance costs 99$. Do not worry about that, You'll be using a coupon code to renew, making the invoice null. @TheOnlyDK will explain more about it once he wakes up tomorrow.

Hello, I previously made a 5$ donation to a Ukraine Charity called 'Ukrfund' and a 2$ donation to support the elderly in Korea.

I may need the biggest since I'm planning to run Calibre Web with this VM, and I prefer CDA over CHI. I need a few IPv4 ports and a small block of IPv6s.

@TheOnlyDK Thanks for tagging me. Happy to see you are ready to go again :D
Unfortunately, right now I don't need a replacement for my old NATVPS anymore since I got a NAT-Instances bundle recently and have thus fulfilled my needs for now. The resources are better used elsewhere for now. I might come back in the future to request a service, though. Good luck with the project and thanks to you, @Not_Oles, @FatGrizzly and @GTHost for making this project possible!

grep: /sysroot/etc/inittab: No such file or directory
/sbin/init not found in new root. Launching emergency recovery shell
    Type exit to continue boot.
sh: can't access tty; job control turned off

Hmm.. Cannot install alpine via netboot.xyz

Can you try using the netboot iso which I reuploaded? else I'll upload the alpine iso

Good luck with the project and thanks to you, @Not_Oles and @GTHost for making this project possible!

    Alrighty @Ympker!
Come back once your bundle expires :)
