    Double the bandwidth, thank you!

  • I LOVE FREE SERVERS ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • Just thought I'd ask... Is an Astro birthday special also eligible for double bandwidth? I probably won't go anywhere near the limit anyway, but it's always better to be safe than sorry!

  • Are the services of these guys holding up after these months?

As the saying does "if it looks to be good to be true, then it is too good to be true".

Count me in anyway, who doesn't want a free server?

    I LOVE FREE SERVERS ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We don't have any servers with HDD, all of our servers only use NVMe SSD.

P.S. I'll be going through another round of double bandwidth / free month requests within the next few days, just been insanely busy and doing these requests require a bit more work with our current Proxmox integration.

    Thanked by 2Connor7 ralf

  • Does the 48 hour refund start as soon as you place the order, or only after the service are delivered, up and running?

  • What is the process of getting IPv6 working on these servers?

When I ordered my server (mid afternoon UK time, if that makes a difference), the server was provisioned within a few minutes.

If you're thinking of doing a refund and you've not even ordered yet, then IMHO it's pretty rude to plan to do that just to get a quick trial. Try it for a month rather than causing them hassle.

As far as I can remember I've never bought a VPS for a few days trial, let alone 48 hours. A number of people have complained about slow provisioning, which is why I asked.

48 hrs is a pretty short time to test the reliability of provider in any case. If they are confident of their product they should be able to offer a longer trial period, but given how much they wish everyone to try out their new suspiciously low priced offer I guess they've got to cover themselves against abusers.

BTW I've ordered a server from their standard offering not the high memory beta and it was provisioned within minutes of paying.

I don't know if it would have been the same with the beta. Maybe they are worried about abusers from Asia and South America.

Ah, sorry for casting aspersions, that sounded like what you were asking, and I've heard of others doing it before.

TBH, I don't think any provider needs to offer a free trial period at all, but the ability to exit the deal after a month (which is built into monthly pricing) seems fair just in case after testing you realise it isn't for you. Arguably, it's a bit different if you have to pay a hefty set-up fee. But even that is probably justified if they've actually had to configure the machine specifically for you.
