I just migrated a whole bunch of accounts off an OVH (SYS) server I've had for 9+ years. IIRC, I've only had 2, maybe 3, serious (more than a couple of minutes) outages in that entire time. NGL, it will make me a little sad to shut it down this weekend.
yes actually the servers are solid to be honest and you dont need support just in case if its hardware related and that never happens just very rare.
The staff in OVH are very kind and polite especially Michael S . This guy when he just say hello he makes my day with joy. i am glad i am customer of OVH
I have to agree, OVH has been great, specially the US DC side. They are quick in responses and service as great as well. Canada support is not bad either. Not much support is needed anyway as their infrastructure is all automated.

even now a days support has been better . replied time is max less then 24 hours before it was more. more support guys have been addded i hope that is why the process is now quick.
