Pay your invoices on time, late fees are issued when invoices are multiple days overdue, not 1. Open a ticket with the billing department to have it removed.

This isn't really BOGO because it's a fixed discount excluding GPU. "Real" BOGO would be buy one get one with identical configuration. Or maybe this was true earlier but I'm late, as always.

Prices are based on the base cost of the server, add-ons are not included as part of the discount.
