    what is bgp?
    is double bw reoccuring?

    BGP - Border Gateway Protocol

BGP Routing essentially allows you to announce your own IPs with services that allow it.
There's much more to it but that's the most basic explanation

So with BGP and KVM you can have a lot of VPSes with different distinct ip on each VPS? i.e., with BGP, you can have your own cloud business?
Thanks a lot for the enlightenment.

BGP is for when you own your own IPs. You can buy a dedicated server with several IPs (not owned by you, but the provider) and assign each IP to a VM-- you don't need BGP for this.

If you have the money to buy or rent IPs. ($5-6 each PER MONTH if renting, and you need a minimum of a /24 range, or 256 IPs)

This without including other things you need, such as an ASN - but the buying IPv4 ranges is the one that hurts the wallet the most.

    Greet deal though :)

BGP has been explained by the community. And yes this traffic promotion is recurring.

What's the policy when the allocated bandwidth capacity is exceeded? e.g. does it block all network usage until the end of the month or throttle to some superduper slow speed?

I would have, except that I’m a bit out of money right now, sadly

Maybe next time, I do intend to get a VPS with good peering for a project.

Isn't 10 TB enough? If you exceed your quota we will throttle to 5 Mbit/s (625 kB/s, so yes superduper slow!).

We don't have a set date for this, but we received a very decent amount of orders, meaning that we don't plan to extend this.

@Hybula - I’m going to have to get one… yet another VPS 😂

I usually use PayPal as a payment method but it looks like you no longer support it, which is the best payment method in replacement? I’ve never heard of the majority listed on your website which can put potential buyers off.

PayPal is really a administrative burden for hosts, not even thinking about the high commission. We do offer a wide variety of alternatives: https://community.hybula.com/t/payments

A good alternative to support your host is bank transfer or direct debit (SEPA). One of the most accepted is credit card (which also supports automated payments).

@iKeyZ Thank you for the YABS. The second result is interesting though, both nodes you where on are exactly the same hardware, the last one if even almost empty. Will investigate this.

@hyperblast The results are still good though based on our criteria.
