    Their tos prohibits running windows on Linux only servers. Plus no custom iso possible to install. @NDTN can confirm

    (1) Is this usable as a https storage box where I can save .mp4, get a usable url link, and play it at another website built by WordPress?

    (2) If so, what is the bandwidth limitation?

    No it is not hosting of sites. You cannot play videos, etc. You can store them of course but not play them. The package is intended for backups only.

    reduced to 10mbps ,
    unlimited bandwidth is not sustainable as the vz nat vps environment is highly shared. Even with 1gbps unmetered port on host, the bandwidth is to be shared among clients, a soft limit like 500GB is the only way without compromising quality. Also we don't have extra stock in PL/NL.

    How to issue SSL over haproxy?

    The domain name needs to be added in control panel under 'Domain Forwarding' option. select port 80 with http & 443 with https. Forwarding is configured.
    Now SSL can be issued for this domain like it is normally done with any server using certbot.
