    How is it abusing it? Are they using it for SPAM or some other nefarious activity?

    Imo Goorm is too strict. Deployed a web project for testing purposes only then was blocked shortly afterwards before i could open it.

    Yep I can still use mine but it was made read-only. Maybe it will be locked after the maintenance.
