We apologize for the downtime you've faced. There was a problem with the renewal of LiteSpeed, when this happens, it automatically converts to Apache, though this wasn't completed properly. LiteSpeed is back online, our sincere apologies. I had a family member pass away two days ago, today it's the funeral, I didn't pay enough attention to my emails.

Have a reseller and using it for a few (fairly) high traffic sites. My mediawiki instance runs fine and aside from the litespeed issues there has been minimal downtime. Not sure why I got Singapore as I don’t live near there but it is still good enough for a site as I’ve found latency isn’t a huge issue so long as the network is still good

The Singapore server had downtime as I failed to renew the litespeed license (due to a family member that passed away last week). It should have automatically switched to apache, but it didn't. It failed to compile apache so it didn't run. My apologies, should be sorted permanently.
As for the latency, it should be pretty good, Leaseweb has a very decent network!
