Cheapest WHMCS license + VPS provider?

Hi,
I'm looking for monthly WHMCS license + VPS as below

Disk: Min 10GB

Memory: Min 256MB

Bandwidth: Min 100GB

Location: Don't care. US West Coast preferred

Commitment: Monthly

I've search all previous older thread regarding this and the cheapest is from Hostigation($16.50/month). Is there any other provider able to offer lower pricing than this?

    cheapest i believe would be either lovevps or hostingation

    but do not know if they are still offering whmcs, you may have to talk to them by your self...

    @mazker That was sarcasm. Try making a more professional logo using Photoshop, instead of a free logo maker online.

    @mazker you can hire @Jeffrey since he has Photoshop Certification or someone like @Andre @DotAL and some more whose name I can't remember :(, or even me :p Though They are quite Better :D

    We can do WHMCS licenses for $12.80 per month, and our OVZ256 plan is $3.49 per month, which yields $16.29 total. We can do this in Las Vegas or Atlanta.

    I got turnkey's package. But I cannot do auto provision from their share hosting. I can only use the license on their network. But their share hosting goes down every other day and they have some trouble curl to my server therefore auto provision do not work

    It sends you to http://turnkeyinternet.com/new-years/turbo-linux-reseller-hosting/ so I think it works. But turnkey's servers are really slow, and their support takes forever to respond. I bought an account during their black friday sales because it was so cheap and cancelled right away.
