    You don't need that much money to start up something like this, barely anything. Can't you save up 100$ and launch this your self, THEN ask for donations? Even on a budget, saving 100$ (should take less) isn't a hard at all.

  • @mazker. 1st start the project with your "own" investment. If everything goes fine then ask for donation. And the big question, why you think people will donate in your project? It is not like that they'll need vpn for all day / week.
