Yeah it does seem like at least some of that VPN fund should go toward a company that has a stake in keeping enough IPs clean for streaming purposes. Keepsolid and FastestVPN seem like the best bang for the buck among lifetime deals. And there's also Windscribe with their $1 a month per location plan (minimum 2 locations).
403 error on netflix, captacha on google
Or just get it free from one of the promocodes, I have a sub until like march 2023 this way
Oracle cloud works only if db-ip.com shows up the organization of IP as "Oracle Corporation", not "Oracle Public Cloud", you might have to shuffle a few IP's until it says that. As for gullo and racknerd, OVH and colocrossing ASN's are blacklisted by netflix, you get a 403 on the web and a lot of errors in thw mobile apps
Also little creek hosting VPS works with netflix but not hulu or disney+
The IP I use belongs to Oracle Public Cloud and it works
Weird... Maybe it's different in the frankfurt region.
I know my 3.5 USD/yr VPN worked fine to unlock netflix in china but it’s not even for sale anyone unless you can find someone here willing to transfer it and you trust them
US NETFLIX
AD-2 here.
I can offer your UK based VM's, they're setup instantly after payment and can be used for your requirements: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/3378031
Thanks but this is way above my budget per node I also don't want to take resources I will not use, because 2GB of RAM, 50GB SSD is way too high specs for me
https://buyvm.net (US,LUX)
https://flokinet.is (many)

https://javapipe.com (Romenia Location).
Check their AUP.. But most of them allow VPN.
Give that a HARD PASS.
credit where credit is due, netflix and more importantly hulu works just fine. unfortunately i cant access virtualizor from the panel and i dont care enough to figure out, but my openvpn still works thankfully
If it works, while it works, then fair enough. For someone who wants something less experimental, I'd suggest they avoid boomer like the plague.
Good day.
Virtualization KVM

annual price start from 11.4, with ipv6 preset.
Keepsolid is great. FastestVPN should also work as a budget alternative If you want to circumvent geo restrictons (esp Flix) it should be way more comfortable to just use a commercial VPN provider (like those mentioned) to take care of this. They'll make sure it keeps working (if your vps ip gets blacklisted you need to search for a new provider).
@brejski not sure if you found all your locations.
Would you be open to come to Texas?
Here is our looking glass to test pings.

More and more streaming providers are blocking the IPs of hosting providers. IMO you'd be better off with a VPN provider that's more stealthy about their IP allocations, or one that uses residential IPs (which is very rare, but FastestVPN does this with their "streaming" servers for example)
Is it problem when IP has other geo location/whois in databases?
For example Bulgaria or Seychelles
If not I can provide Netherlands KVM VPS with ddos protection up to 2tbit.
This is not a problem
For sure, but i think mysterium has those residential ip's so it'll 100% work.
Windscribe does too*
*They use datacenter IP's but route streaming traffic through residential IP's. Also cheaper VPN's have residential IP's like FastestVPN.
If you don't search an VM to host an VPN for illegal stuff go to nordvpn.
