Several VMs for VPN
Hi guys,
I need several small VMs just for Wireguard, nothing else.
I am not going to torrent (got Pulsed Media Seedbox) nor any other illegal stuff including hosting porn. I need them to for example bypass regional locks to watch regional matches 
and sometimes Netflix movies that are not available in Poland
Don't suggest Oracle Cloud, please, I already have VMs there in Frankfurt
My requirements are:
- any CPU/vCPU (can be 20% dedicated or less, I don't care, burst will be required for initial configuration, up to 1 hour)
- at least 256MB RAM
- any disk with any space
- At least 100Mbit flat bandwidth with at least 2TB transfer (lower for Americas is accepted)
- IP can be shared (I will need only SSH (XXX22) and Wireguard port, nothing else
- KVM Preferred, OVZ/LXC would be OK only if wireguard (including TUN/TAP) is supported and Kernel is at least 5.10
- Any payment (I do not pay in crypto as I don't need to be "anonymous")
Locations I have: Romania, Germany (x2), Finland and US (NYC)
Locations I am looking for are:
- US East/South, for example Florida
- Europe Central (Netherlands, UK)
- Europe West (Spain)
- North Americas (any in northern US & Canada)
- South America (anywhere, close to CR preferred)
My budget is up to 60$/year for all of them, so about 10-12$/year per each.

keep in mind 99.9% of VPS IP's are banned from such sites, better to just get a good VPN

you should try something like mysterium maybe if you need to bypass regional locks.
For me it has trouble connecting from any VPS
Mysterium is VERY expensive. Windscribe works fine for streaming and it's really cheap if you get the black friday deal.

But on your mention budget seems like Canada can be possible for me only..
I don't have any issues with what I do through VPN using my servers right now.
We can do it for you at $60/year، Available Locations: Los Angeles, USA, Dallas or Phoenix ,AZ but with less assigned bandwidth as we pay for our bandwidth with our colocation.
60$/year is for all locations together. Maximum i can pay per node is up to 12$/year.

Not sure if their OVZ has tun/tap enabled and if wireguard will work.
TUN/TAP is enabled, and I believe WireGuard works.
Either reach out to confirm or wait for someone who uses them to confirm

I have used wireguard with mrvm and it works.

Racknerd sucks for VPN imo, they use colocrossing IP's
Depends what you need to do with the VPN I guess. The issue of having Google needing you to complete captcha etc is a pain, but that depends on the IP in my experience.
And what is actually the problem of colocrossing IP's?
Yep, something is wrong with their IP, I have the same issue as @dahartigan . This is the only IP that has problems with Google. Two IPs have problems with Netflix, but I don't care. I will tag them as #Normal and #Movies and that's it
Currently:
Canada (Gullo Hosting): Netflix Blank Page
Germany (Oracle Cloud): Netflix Works like a charm
Romania (Hazi.RO): Netflix works like a charm
US (RackNerd): Netflix Blank Page
For now, seems like Netflix does not work in RackNerd and OVH in Canada, but that is not the problem
I will also check OVH in Frankfurt and Hetzner in Finland later on.
Alternative: Grab a keepsolid lifetime deal where you can. They support wireguard and all the streaming etc sites work as you'd expect them to. Last I saw you could get it for $20 for a lifetime, 5 devices, etc.
