    Just checked and I can see that their blocks have been re-announced, except for LA and NY I think.

    It seems like Texas & Amsterdam are online too, at least from the looking glass: http://lg.dfw.maxkvm.net/

    LA & NY are offline. I have a VM in NY and I can boot it in rescue mode, couldn't get any networking though.

    Was never a provider (check post history - no offers) so would never have been invoiced, so would never have been converted from Provider to Host Rep.
