    I'm deeply sorry for the service interruption! We got notified by our monitoring system immediately that one of our EYPC Nodes is down, as we were connected to the remote management we saw the server booting again, after boot we saw that of the 512 GB RAM only 448 GB were reporting. The RAM Stick also didn't report any temperature, the datacenter stuff replaced the RAM Stick for us (we have spare parts on site) and the server booted successfully! Servers should be running again, please let us know via ticket if you still have a problem!

    Thanks for everyone's patience! Our EPYC Nodes are full, we are in the process of ordering additional nodes, we have resources on our RYZEN nodes left!

    Another information:

    Many customers asked us how they can send E-Mail via their servers. We configured a Mail relay server for our customers. If you want to send E-Mail from your server please open a Ticket with the Domain you want to send from and we will answer with the necessary DNS records you have to add, after you set the DNS records you get SMTP Credentials from us and can send E-Mail!
