There's also Lunanode's email service if you want to go with a highly reputable provider (not that MikePT isn't one, I have multiple servers with him and am pretty happy with it, but if you don't like llifetime payments)

uses custom panel, has DKIM and uses roundcube webmail, reasonably priced PAYG that only charges for outbound mail and storage, replicated in 2 different geolocations.
the only downside is that it uses a single IP address for sending, which isn't a big issue imo, since their IP reputation was pretty good last time I checked, but no IP rotation like what you'd expect from MXroute, Mail.baby, etc.
