Webhorizon's long support response time
A week ago, I bought their OPENVZ vps, and open a ticket, inquiry about the bandwidth situation, till now still no reply from them, I tried tickets system, telegram, and even LET's PM , none of them got replied.
Don't know what happened to @WebHorizon . is anyone having similar issues?
I also used their 48 hours refund period, because of it, which I created within the timeframe, and still, nothing replied yet
Their VPS performances are good, but I'm still waiting for their support level to catch up.
He's traveling I believe.
He seems still signing in to LET till some time ago, nothing harsh, but he still can reply to me "I'm traveling, please give me some time" or just even a simple I am busy, is better than nothing. IMHO
Set your expectations right and you won’t be disappointed.

I am sure he will reply in due time If you are not loosing millions rn, I wouldn't worry so much. As others said, he's probably travelling right now.
Where did you guys saw that he's traveling? Just to make sure I didn't missed anything. If I knew he is traveling, i wouldn't make this post.

Well. He's only traveling right now unlike some provider here that's been traveling 24/7.
I'm a nice guy. Also a normal person, instead of an artist. Unlike some "talent" people here. Sorry for let you down, popcorn isn't available here.
