Can you please open a ticket so we can look into this. Must be some IO limit on your VM. Also regarding the 5TB limit, this will be upgraded to 50TB for free on a 1Gbit port. Regarding ms I can't say much without MTR. Anyhow can you please open a ticket so we can look into this right away? Also IPv6 is enabled. If it's somehow not working please also place this in the ticket so we can check this.

I dont think so. This yabs is from Almere. I have also Lelystad location with you and its same yabs. Anyway i had opened ticket but your support ignored most of it and replied me only for the mtr. So i just cancelled both vps's

Their customer service is terrible. Slow response time and meaningless reply. I request unlimited traffic and IPv6 last time, but they had a refund for me.
