Hello,

I've ordered a dedicated server from Kimsufi KS-15 on Feb 25th, order status is still at "Server preparation and set up" .

I've opened a ticket, but no reply has been given.

How long waiting is normal, or if this situation is abnormal, how should I contact them ?

    If there is no stock, there is no stock.
    Its old hardware, wait.

    I am waiting since 25 days for a refund, I already told them I will send the russians if they don't comply.

    @arda -- I have an open ticket with them for few months now and they seem to reply exactly around ~20 days after my last ticket update. And if I update the ticket asking for updates, that seems to reset the '20 days' .. may sound crazy, but that is the pattern I started noticing.

    So, i now no longer update the ticket asking for updates. !

    Well, turns out, just asking where the refund is, does not return any results, except "its in progress".
    Who could have thought.

    I needed to pull up the russians aka dispute, out of the sudden, they acknowledged they never send the refund.

    What did I just do the last weeks, fucking hell OVH, seriously?!
