Your site works with ipv4, very misleading domain name.
People, in the not-so-distant past, this thread would have been closed quickly due to the OP's breaking of the rules, and the OP would have been banned or at least have received a severe warning. For this reason alone, you should say no.

After he provides his certification I start digging.
I found his profiles from the biggest webmaster community in Turkey. His latest account was banned because of a multiuser account from the forum.
His first account was banned because of two cases:
One of them he opened a hosting service, sold hosting services but after 2 days he closed the company and left his customer without service
The second one is he buys a dedicated and didn't pay the bill. He shows his forum profile's references to get a dedicated server and tells them he is gonna pay after 10 days but he didn't pay and he is banned from the forum.
@FAT32 I can provide all evidence of what I said.
Of course, this is part of the problem: you assumed that anyone could sign up here and make an advertisement in their very first post, which is considered spamming.
As I said: a quickly closed thread and minimally, a severe warning, if not a ban.

Can you send me the appeal of your ban from that forum? I see all of them are still unsolved.
You can send messages to users who have experienced victimization, you can find out from them personally. The victimization of all of them was eliminated after 1 month. In october, when we closed the company, TeknoClouds had confiscated the domain.
