not all users do need a public IP. so for price / calculation, we seperated IPs from regular offers and selling them seperated. If one is setting up a whole infrastructure, he don´t need public IP at all machines but multiply IPs at a firewall.

beside that, we´re going to offer load balancers soon, which also brings more features, one not always need a public IP.

This is common practice with many other providers and also happening due to lack of IPv4 addresses.

Thanks a lot for your understanding.

go to properties of the VPS, choose "vInterfaces" inside the third box and click "Add Interface. then choose public interface.

You need to shutdown the VPS to add a interface.

After turning on the VPS again, you shall add a firewall-rule on port 22, in order to use ssh.

We got the provider tag and thought about giving back a coupon for the community. We have the same "partnership" as any other provider here. We are not native english speakers, so please bear in mind that we maybe have some different wording.

We will learn with every mistake and feedback.
