VirMach Flash Sale Transfers!

drunkendogdrunkendog Member
edited December 2021 in Service Transfers

Hi everyone,

I've got a few machines that I don't need, so I'm here to help them find a better home :). You'll pay renewal fee (to me via Paypal) and transfer fee (to VirMach) for these VPSes.

a) $35.04/yr - BUFFALO, NY / 4 vCPU / 8192M RAM / 35G SSD / 16000G BW / 1 IPs, renews 12/02/2022 Important: Still stuck on BF-SPECIAL-CREATE, but this can be sorted during the transfer (VirMach's busy enough without adding more tickets)

b) $31.60/yr - BUFFALO, NY / 4 vCPU / 6784M RAM / 40G SSD / 13500G BW / 1 IPs, renews 11/30/2022

c) $10.05/yr - BUFFALO, NY / 1 vCPU / 2432M RAM / 35G SSD / 4500G BW / 1 IPs, renews 11/30/2022

d) $16.90/yr - BUFFALO, NY / 1 vCPU / 5504M RAM / 35G SSD / 10500G BW / 1 IPs, renews 11/29/2022 Gone pending payment.

Important:

1) Absolutely no refunds whatsoever. I'm not making a cent off of these, so I don't want to lose money if VirMach takes a while to do the transfer - I'll open the ticket, and the rest is up to you.

2) I'll only accept requests from people with reasonable activity on this forum - 50 thanks is a good starting point; I want them to find good homes, not be resold.

3) Make sure you've read this.

  • Today’s posted deal in virmach is better than b.

  • @drunkendog

You didn't read Virmach instructions clearly. The seller/sender pays the transfer fee, not the buyer. This has been the case for years, so I'm not sure why you thought otherwise.

The sender (you) will be billed a minimum $3 transfer fee, per service, if you wish to proceed

Ah, my bad. To anyone reading this, please add $3 to the payment to me.

These are black friday flash / special deals. Links will be posted in the promo thread and you need fast fingers and a lot of luck to grab one as a lot of actual users & bots compete to grab them.

As for when, your next chance would be duriong christmas and if you miss that - during easter, but the best chance would be during black friday next year

This is a great price even for non-Ryzen cpu.

    There's no Ryzen deal.
You can choose between a Ryen deal and a raisin deal.

Hello @drunkendog - Is this still available?

EDIT: Oh nevermind. I can't get it because @VirMach requires you to be already in good standing for 6 months, and I'd be a brand new customer since I have no account with them.

I always do however provide all my legal billing information and so I've never had an issue with any provider, ever.

If @VirMach can possibly in my case forgo the thing, I can get a transfer on a new account. I don't know how that would work, but for some of my low level static/wp hosting needs, this server would be lovely. Thanks.

  • Be sure to not scalp, or Virmach will fry your chicken.

    HE.net is my last resort if someone doesn't provide a /64 :)

  • In fact, I'm using the HE.net tunnel on the RackNerd VPS right now because they only provide 100 ipv6 by ticket and I don't want to bother them, plus I might need more than 100.

    Get a 👉Webhosting24 in Los Angeles👈 (512MB is $16.88/year) and you'll have a routed /48.
With SIT tunnels you can have a /56 for each of your RackNerd and VirMach.
The benefit is that it can reach both Hurricane Electric and Cogent networks, and you are not limited to 5 tunnels.
