Had to buy an Opossum, don't really need it but I like the name and I think we need more IPv6 only offers so I bought one just to support the idea.

    1. You get to choose which option you want for BW. However, the order page actually says "then 10mbps unlimited", so maybe @servarica_hani can weigh in.
    2. Both should be included with the base VPS order.

I wonder if it would sell more if providers dropped all the "1/2/nvme", "Small VPS" or "EX42" boring names and started using cool names like Tyrannosaurus, Assassin or Ironman?
I just bought a VPS because it was named Opossum, I cant be the only crazy one right?

  • bought a polar bear storage last year and already paid the renew invoice, sadly cannot participant in this BF.

I have to say it is pretty stable, I bought one HH storage server at the same time, that server went offline several times while the Servarica one did not.

Idling a 500GB storage server? Do you not need backups (of backups)?

I do. But, off the top of my head, I'm also idling some VPS that include a 1TB SSD and 2TB HDD. I also have a server with 6TB, though I'm using <1TB of that. My local NAS has >>20TB of stuff and is perpetually almost full. I haven't had time to split out and figure out what to backup where and how. If only VPS also helped with time management...

Yikes, that can't be a cheap thing to idle. No disrespect intended, but I take it financial management isn't an issue for you, just time :)

  • Great offer, great services! Order ID: 8834475434 :)

  • Just can't help to place another order: 3085573443 ;)

I've been idling it for a few years now because I got a great deal on it. Even better is that it's a monthly payment and a credit card that I've had for years has a benefit that pays me $30/quarter just for autopaying that service with that card and then autopaying my credit card bill. It's a bit ridiculous, but I literally make money off of paying for that VPS!

It predates my NAS, but I just never had the time (or remembered) to set it up or decide on a proper backup strategy. Life gets busy and we're reluctant to give up a great deals...even if we only ever idle them!
