As you know, most of the people had dynamic IP address, I cluld provide you ( subnet ) of IP adress that my ISP give to me, if you are intreated to check if there any false detection on the firewall ,
BTW I'm using this service to test web apps I'm devloping, could me sending multiple request to the app page resulting me getting blocked ?
Anyway, such protection (which I understand why you use it ) cause me wasting many hours wating to website get functional + on that time I was trying to show the app to client but I couldn't .
Hi @JustPfff -- doing that should not cause you to be blocked. To provide you with additional information, IP addresses do not just get banned for no reason, there is always some sort of reason behind it, whether it be excess failed login attempts (to any cPanel related service, or FTP), etc. Having this feature within the portal, allows you to check for yourself without needing to contact support, though we're available 24x7 should you need to speak with a human. It's as simple as going to a site such as ipchicken.com and copying the IP address you (or your client) is connected from, and checking if it is blocked by utilizing the feature within our portal.
Either way, please e-mail me at [email protected] with your ISP subnet and primary domain on file with your shared hosting account. I will then review this in greater detail from our side and see if it is even a firewall block to begin with.
