It was pumping yesterday, must have huge inventory to keep up.

just saying thanks to @dustinc and their helpful staff Sreejit who helped with my account. Racknerd's owner and support-team both are quick in helping and fixing things suitable to customer needs. It rare a host handling support tickets quickly (less than 10 min. response time at night) during black-friday season of sales.
if anyone is still left behind, grab a VPS/shared plan from them now and experience their premium service yourself.

Completely agree, the only thing I keep going back to is the listed per month costs on the website and assuming there are punters who take that up those up as an option. Time will tell I suppose but have been using Racknerd for 12months now... as well as a couple of others - cannot fault them. Still have a number of dedicated servers with OVH and the likes that do the heavy lifting etc.

i had quadhost for 2 years but they failed/went out of bussines (dustin saved my ass there)
some of tickets i had were a year old with no response....
been nearly 2 years with racknerd, and if you dont mind ping (or your ping is small) then litteraly go for it since every other option is either more expensive or worse in long run (like having ticket on hold for a year...screw you quadhost)
It sounds pretty good.
I also like the sound of this. Now I've just gotta find somewhere to channel this energy in the meantime.
I remember that drama with quadhost, Dustin has really brought true focus to the customer which works well and brings the confidence. You get Customers who want to support you and the business as a result. Happy to be a valued Customer.

been with racknerd for two as well, ive had tickets and usually its been the physical host, or their isp issues. but your talking within 5 minutes you get a response. i have 7 vps hosts with them.
Is there 4c 4+g vps for flash sale, sir?

At times, some of our promotions will be better than previous ones and sometimes the other way around, it all varies based upon economies of scale, available inventory, what's needing to be pushed at that time, etc - it’s part of the sales process and growth cycle - many companies do this, including us. Our Black Friday deals this year definitely sit more on the aggressive side of things, pricing/value wise
awesome deals overall, and I'm happy to hear that you were able to take advantage of several of our offers. Additionally, due to our large scale which is in our advantage, we are able to leverage very good economies of scale, and have excellent pricing on hardware, transit, IPv4, bandwidth, etc that we are able to pass down to our customers.
We are a for-profit business, and most importantly, we are sustainable (so we're here for the long haul). We have achieved a lot, from expanding globally very fast, to obtaining real office space, to having several onsite local staff, including a remote team. What makes us even more special is that we have an MSP mindset, and we are more than just a hosting provider here in Southern California. This means we treat ourselves as a managed service provider, and local businesses do too. So we offer fixed wireless solutions, DRaaS via Datto to local businesses (we are an official Datto partner), along with end point management. The revenue that our business generates from this product line is also quite healthy.
We need a big treat that serves the majority of the guests here, @dustinc do you have any strategy for those who have already won a giveaway that should not receive the 2nd?
